Our first step is to narrow the field to 7,500 players, we do this to eliminate the rift raft. If you think you're smart enough, and lucky enough to be one of the 7,500 hundred finalist in the world, then you may try to become a player. Start by getting yourself a stake in The Galaxy of Memories.
In STAGE TWO all 7,500 players will make money, some will make more if they have common sense, good judgment, money management skills, and an ability to outmaneuver their opponents.
STAGE TWO begins when 7,500 players control a cross marker in the Galaxy of Memories on the thirtieth day after the Galaxy is full.
The following issues of our times are open to the world for voting. The cost to vote is two dollars. When voting you may choose, the salary button or the bonus button.
If you vote with the salary button you're sending your vote to the Galaxy of Memories and putting a fantasy angel to work for you.
If you vote with the bonus button your vote is good for one month and you will wack up 80% of the money that bonus button brings in next month.

Any entity in the world residing on planet earth that has at least two dollars to invest in themselves and our world.
To be a player, start the process by picking a fantasy angel, a coin number, and a family affiliation, then vote using the salary button under any of the issues listed above. Your vote will be hidden with a fantasy angel and its cross marker in the Galaxy of Memories.
To keep your idenity secret we use fantasy angels.
A fantasy angel is simply a thought or memory of somone famous that has passed away. A free fantasy angel is one that you thought of yourself, one that's not already in the Galaxy of Memories and owned by another player. The name of your fantasy angel will bear the same name as the person you thought of.
Once you own a fantasy angel you should assign it to one of the six world families. This will give your marker its color.
The Spadatos, the Hartelis, the Dimonelis, the Clubinos, the Gabiolas or the Adellis.
The final six in STAGE TWO will become the new family bosses, for now we will use the thoughts and memories of the first six fantasy angels, they are on par with the current world leaders.

The button is set at two dollars, but you may have to pay in muliples of two dollars to pay the actual amount due. The price of an existing fantasy angel is located after its name.
Do not confuse the price of a fantasy angel with the number of votes associated with that fantasy angel, after all it only takes one rich person to cast as many votes as he wants and hide them with any fantasy angel.
The votes will be counted thirty days after the Galaxy of Memories has 7,500 different fantasy angels.
To get in on the rewards of free enterprise all you have to do is vote on any of the issues and send your vote to the Galaxy of Memories with your fantasy angel. You must own your fantasy angel and give it a location in the Galaxy by picking a coin number and a family marker.
A fantasy angel is simply the thought or memory of a famous person that has passed away. Try and find a fantasy angel not already assigned a coin number and a family marker in the Galaxy of Memories. If you can't think of one yourself, or the Galaxy is already full, you may buy one from an existing player.
A coin number represents one of the 300 coins known as "Heaven's Aces in the Hole", their numbers are linked to websites in the Galaxy of Memories. Pick a coin number, one that doesn't already have 25 family cross makers under it.
After voting your main goal is to have a Fantasy Angel with a cross marker in the Galaxy of Memories thirty days after the Galaxy of Memories is full.
Your stake in the Galaxy of Memories is everything, protect it or get another one if you lose yours to another player. Your stake is your seed in free enterprise, it's your existence in the game, it's a Fantasy Angel working for you, it bears your family colors and acts as a vault to house votes until stage two begins when your stake turns into a seat on the board of

A player may vote as many times as it wants but may only own one Fantasy Angel at a time.

Everyone that votes will have their vote sent to one of the 7,500 cross markers in the Galaxy of Memories.
The coins in the galaxcy are known as "Heaven's Aces in the Hole". Only 300 of these coins exist in the world. Under each coin is room for 25 Fantasy Angel cross markers, thus giving us room for 7,500 Fantasy Angels in the Galaxy of memories.
A person may only have one Fantasy Angel in the Galaxy of Memories at a time. If your Fantasy Angel sells you may buy it back or vote again and get a new Fantasy Angel.
Anyone in the world may vote.
The winning sides money is up for grabs.
All you have to do is vote and your in the game. To stay in the game you need to have a Fantasy Angel's maker in the Galaxy of Memories thirty days after the Galaxy is full.
Anyone that buys an existing Fantasy Angel may pull its' stake and move it to a different coin number and a new family. The votes go with the stake. The name of the Fantasy Angel may only be changed if the family you pick approves and agrees that your new angel is not already in the Galaxy of Memories and is more famous than the one you want to replace.
When purchasing an existing fantasy angel pay the amount next to the Fantasy Angel's name you want to own. The Paypal buttons default is set at $2 but you may use the button to pay any amount.
Each fantasy angel has a price on its head until thirty days after we have 7,500 different Fantasy Angels. If the Fantasy Angel you thought of is already in the Galaxy of Memories you may buy it on this site for the price after its name.
Fantasy Angels in the Galaxy of Memories are always for sale until thirty days after the Galaxy of Memories becomes full.
The price of a Fantasy Angel is double the previous price. This is a deal you can't refuse, you must sell at that price if someone wants to buy your Fantasy Angel.
If you registered a free Fantasy Angel and a new player comes along and wants it, he may purchase it for $2. Anytime a Fantasy Angel sells the owner will receive 80% of the sale price.
Thirty days after the gallery is full, if you are one of the 7,500 lucky people to own one of the 7,500 cross stakes in the Galaxy of Memories then you will become one of the 7,500 winners of STAGE 1. At that time your angel is locked in until you decide to sell and STAGE TWO begins.
Under each coin is room for 25 stakes in free enterprise. Each stake houses at least one vote and is owned by a Fantasy Angel.
When a Fantasy Angel enters the Galaxy of Memories it is sent to a coin number at the owners request, a cross marker is placed under the coin. There's six different color crosses, black, red, blue, green, tan and yellow. Each color represents a family.
There is no need to own a coin when playing in this fantasy reality game. For best results create a fantasy angel and send it to a family and sit back and let your angel work for you.
Your angel will be assigned a number that corresponds with a seat number located under the coin you picked.
The PayPal buttons may be used to vote. Vote from two dollars to two million dollars on any of the issues listed. Anyone may vote, including the poorest person in the world to the richest person on earth.
Members of the Mootsa Gootsa Society are a top secret organization and only identified by their Fantasy Angels name. The name used by a member have no bearing or relationship to the actual person bearing the name. A Fantasy Angel is just a thought of someone famous from the past. Pictures of Fantasy Angels are just pictures of the person a member thought of.
