The Mootsa Gootsa Society is a secret organization created to promote liberty and world peace by having people vote with money on the world issues of our times. It is also the name of an online reality game. The game has a system to find members for the Society.

The games biggest feature is a voting exchange. In order for the society to grow and raise money they offer a bonus to the people that vote on the issues of our times. The bonus amounts to a cash reward. The formula is to take the bonus votes cast on one issue and divide that number into 80% of the revenue generated by the same bonus vote during the next month.
